Mr. Polsky represents on a contingency basis, which ranges from 20% to 45%, people who have been injured by the negligence of others. If there is no recovery, no moneys are owed by the client to Mr. Polsky. Mr. Polsky handles motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, trucking, railroad, boating, pedestrian and oil rig accidents as well as dog bites, professional malpractice, products liability and death cases.

Criminal Defense

Mr. Polsky represents individuals who have been accused of committing a crime in all state and federal courts. This includes DWI, drugs, burglary, robbery, domestic violence, homicide and white collar crimes. Fees vary depending on the offense but always include all necessary motions and a jury trial.

Civil Litigation

Mr. Polsky represents litigants in contract, commercial and real estate matters. He works on contingency which ranges from 20% up to 45%, depending on the nature of the case. If there is no recovery, no fees or costs are owed to Mr. Polsky.

Divorce and Family Law

Mr. Polsky handles divorce, adoption, guardianship and probate matters. He will charge a flat fee which includes a jury trial if necessary.
